What time can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us and enjoy the day.
When is the latest possible check-out time?
Please check out by 10:00 am. Depending on availability, we also offer late check-out for an additional fee – just ask.
What services are included in the stay?
When booking a suite, our spa area and many extras are already included. You can choose between breakfast or half board when booking, depending on your preferences.

Are the new suites available to book?
Yes! Our new Lifestyle Deluxe Suite with outdoor bathtub on the terrace and the Design Suite with its clean lines are now available to book.
What room categories are available?
At Margarethenstein, you will stay in stylish suites and apartments – from the cosy Auszeit Suite to the new Design Suite and the exclusive Lifestyle Deluxe Suite with outdoor bathtub. All categories offer plenty of space, panoramic views and modern Alpine flair.
Do the rooms have a refrigerator or a safe?
Yes, all suites and apartments are equipped with a refrigerator. In addition, you will find a safe in the suites.
What are the cancellation conditions at Boutique Hotel Margarethenstein
The general hotel cancellation conditions apply:
- No cancellation fees apply up to 29 days before the start of your holiday.
- From 28 to 4 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 50% of the rental price.
- From 3 days before the start of your holiday or in the event of a no-show, we will charge 80% of the booked stay.
Exceptions are Christmas, New Year's Eve and February; here, cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival, after which 100% is due. To protect yourself against any cancellation fees, we recommend taking out cancellation or travel insurance.
