Guests staying in our hotel do of course have a table reserved for them every day in our panorama restaurant.
Due to limited capacity, guests staying in our apartments are requested to make a reservation ahead of time.
The restaurant is CLOSED on Sunday evenings.
While the restaurant is closed, why not discover the culinary offer available in Kaprun. Well-informed, this is the day you get to enjoy a ‘culinary play-away’. We are happy to reserve a table for you in one of our recommended restaurants.

Cancellation terms
General terms & conditions for the hotel sector apply:
- Up to 29 days before the start of your holiday there are no cancellation fees.
- 28 to 4 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 50% of the hire price.
- From 3 days, and in the event of no-show, we charge 80% of the price of the booked stay.
To ensure you do not have to pay any cancellation fees, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Free cancellation is available up until the day you are due to arrive if you test positive for COVID-19 (presentation of a positive PCR test result required) or you are in quarantine (presentation of a valid ‘Absonderungsbescheid’ [certificate confirming that you are self-isolating] required).

Pets are welcome here by request; there is a surcharge of € 25 per night. This price does not include feed. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant and in the spa area (for hotel guests).
